EVCRS Financial Outcomes

Result: EVCRS met its performance measure for 2022 and 2023. There were less than 5 claims return per quarter.

Health & Safety 

  • Objective: To promote a safe environment for staff and Clients

  • Performance Target: Less than 3 critical incidents per quarter

EVCRS Health and Safety Outcomes

Result: There were zero critical incidents reported during 2022 and 2023. Performance target was met.

Service Delivery

  • Objective: To provide satisfactory services per client report (measured in June and December)

  • Performance Target: 85%

Result: 100% of the clients were satisfied with EVCRS services during 2022 and 2023.

Efficiency

  • Objective: Increase the number of reauthorization approvals

  • Performance Target: 75%

EVCRS Efficiency Outcomes

Result:

2022 - EVCRS Measures were not met due to inconsistencies.
2023 - For the 3rd quarter of 2023, EVCRS did not meet the measure due to inconsistencies from approval authorities.
